As a certified open water diver, you’ve discovered that diving is an adventure – the door to an amazing world with unique sights, sounds and sensations. But, it’s actually many adventures and experiences, and that’s what the PADI^® Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about: expanding your underwater world by making dives in the pursuit of new discoveries, abilities and experiences. It’s about new skills that make diving more rewarding, and opening new activities and options when you go underwater. It’s about exploring dive sites you’ve not seen before, gaining experience with dive gear, and understanding more about how you see, feel and hear in the underwater world.

And, it’s about becoming something more. You learn how to think more like an experienced diver, which builds your abilities, skills and confidence. You learn more about yourself – where your interests lie so you can get more out of diving.
